Single Issue Related

A. On the magazine product page under Single Issue option is the Issue Details. This displays information of the Issue and Cover associated with it. If the issue has multiple covers, you will see multiple tabs created with each tab associated with the respective cover. You can browse through the tab to select the cover desired. 

A. Single issue order can be cancelled, unless it has been processed and shipped. For more details please contact customer support at

Subscription Related

A.  Yes we offer subscriptions to most Print magazines and Digital magazines.

A. For Print we offer Annual and Semi Annual (if available for that magazine) subscription. Annual & Flex (for limited magazines)
Subscription is the most popular. Some International publications we offer Annual Subscription Air or Sea options. You can choose between the 2 options based on how soon you want the subscription to begin.

All Digital subscriptions are only Annual subscriptions.

A. International magazine subscriptions begin with the current issue available or next available issue. Turnaround time is very quick 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. If an exception our customer service will contact you.

Domestic magazine subscriptions begin in 6-8 weeks depending on the magazine's print schedule.

Digital subscriptions begin with the current issue available at that time. An email address is required to start this subscription.

A.  All subscriptions come with Free shipping. With each single issue you buy there is an additional shipping charge for it. is more expensive than
buying an annual subscription.

A. Yes you may by contacting customer support at Most subscriptions can be cancelled except Japanese & German magazines. Refund will be issued for all the unshipped issues.

Order Processing

A. Single issue Orders take 1-2
business days. Subscriptions orders based on the info on the product page.

A. Pre order is an order for a future issue. As soon as the issue arrives in stock from the Publisher, we process the orders on first come first basis.

A. We  use opaque bubble mailers to protect them. 

Payments & Shipping

A. Yes, we do ship domestic within the continent USA via USPS, UPS or similar services. There are 3 levels of service we offer. All come with Tracking option.

Media Mail: Most economical, usually takes about 5-8 business days in transit*.
Ground Shipping: UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days in transit*, includes tracking facility

Express Shipping: 2nd Day Express delivery service in transit*, includes tracking facility

*Once we ship the package it is the expected number of days to receive the package. These time frame are good for mainland shipping only.

A. Yes, we ship to prisons, but there are some restrictions and rules. We advise you check with prison authorities or recipient before ordering. Once the order is shipped to the address provided to us, no refunds will be issued for returned / undelivered / wrongly delivered parcels due to incorrect address under any circumstances.

We accept all major Credit cards / Debit cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover ShopPay,
Google Pay and Paypal.

Refunds & Exchanges

Return & Refund Info for Single Issue:

If an Order is wrongfully fulfilled / mis delivered / defective. Please contact customer service at or call us at 212-391-2004 . We give our customer option to either get a replacement product or grant a full refund.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 22 business days from the day of receipt of package to return us the magazine. The return shipping cost will be taken care of by the customer. Upon receipt of the package we will issue a refund for the value of the product only.

Return & Refund Info for Subscription:

Most subscriptions can be canceled except Japanese & German magazines. Refund will be issued for all the un shipped issues of the subscription.

You may initiate the process by contacting customer support at and provide them with your subscription details. 

All returns are to be sent back using the packaging in which order was sent or your own packaging. Once the package is received in warehouse, we will begin the refund process. For more information the refund process see below.

All Credit Card / Debit Card / Gift Card payments will be refunded back on the same account. We process the refund within 24 - 48 hrs after receiving the package, it can take 3-6 business days for the refund to show on the statement based on your bank / financial institution policy.

Paypal payments will be refunded back on the Paypal account used within 24 -48 hrs. This refund usually is instant but sometimes Paypal might hold a transaction for further investigation based on their policies.

If you are unsatisfied with a product or ordered a wrong product, we will be happy to assist you get the right one. For questions on exchanging a product, please contact us at within 22 business days from the day of receipt of the original order / product. One of our customer service rep will assist you in the exchange process.

Return shipping and additional shipping costs for replacement product will be taken care of by the customer.

We shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any direct, indirect, consequential loss of business /sales /profit /goodwill etc., on account of any delay / non receipt / discontinuation of ordered or subscribed magazine(s) from its publisher / whole seller / distributor or for losing / wrong delivery in transit /shipping by carrier company or due to any act of omission or commission by us / our employees /carrier company.

For any fault of ours, our liability will only be limited to refunding actual cost of issue(s) missed /lost by the customer.

This is the final price. No taxes, fees or shipping will be added this price.

Magazine Café takes responsibility of putting postage and customs clearance in USA only. If your home country requires any duties, fees or processing fees on International packages, it is your responsibility. Magazine Café will not be held liable for non delivery of package due to non payment of this. We recommend you check with your postal office before placing your order.

Auto Renew Service

We are pleased to offer our hassle free Auto Renew Service for International magazine subscriptions.

With Auto Renew Service our customers never have to worry about missing an issue of their favorite magazine in case they forgot to renew the subscription. This service ensures the subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the current subscription term.

Digital magazine subscription and Domestic magazine subscriptions are not part of this service.

We always keep you informed about your account. Once the subscription term is near the end, we will send you a notice via email, informing you about this upcoming renewal.

An Order confirmation email will be sent out once the renewal has been processed for your records.

If you do intend to make any changes to your subscription i.e. subscriber name, duration of the subscription or opt out of the service. Contact our customer service at or call 212-391- 2004 to assist you.

A. Yes, you can select how many points (i.e. how much credit) you’d like to use against your order when selecting your payment methods at the checkout.
To start redeeming points you need a minimum of just 5 points.

Points will be added to your account after completing a purchase. You can see the total number of pending Points in your account at any time. You will be emailed after 90 days to let you know your Points have landed and are ready to redeem!
