If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 100 business days from the day of receipt of package to return us the magazine. The return shipping cost will be taken care of by the customer. Upon receipt of the package we will issue a refund for the value of the product only.

Return & Refund Info for Subscription:

Most subscriptions can be canceled except Japanese magazines. Refund will be issued for all the un shipped issues of the subscription.

You may initiate the process by contacting customer support at info@magazinecafestore.com and provide them with your subscription details.

Refund Process
All Credit Card / Debit Card / Gift Card payments will be refunded back on the same account. We process the refund within 24 - 48 hrs after receiving the package, it can take 3-6 business days for the refund to show on the statement based on your bank / financial institution policy.

Paypal payments will be refunded back on the Paypal account used within 24 -48 hrs. This refund usually is instant but sometimes Paypal might hold a transaction for further investigation based on their policies.
