A. We try to keep the covers updated as much as possible. Some magazine detail pages will even specify the current issue available. However if you have a specific Issue/Cover preference please use the Comment Box to enter that request. Otherwise we will always ship the most current issue available.
A. On the product detail page we have provided a Comment Box. Use this box to let us know which upcoming issue / cover you are interested in getting.
A. To order multiple single issue copies, please select the desired quantity in Single issue. If you have a cover or issue preference then use the Comment Box to enter the details. If you dont then leave the box empty.

A. Yes we do. We offer Annual, Semi Annual and Quarterly magazine subscriptions. Annual Subscription being the most popular. Once you select the magazine, all the subscriptions offered can be viewed on the product detail page.
A. International magazine subscriptions begin with the current issue available or next available issue. Turnaround time is very quick 3-4 weeks. If an exception our customer service will contact you.
Domestic magazine subscriptions begin in 6-8 weeks depending on the magazine's print schedule.
A. Subscription will always save you money as if you were to buy every single issue for 1 whole year and add shipping charge on each issue. All subscriptions have Free shipping with them.
A. Yes absolutely. Please contact our customer service with the new address information at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order details.
A. Absolutely not, our team will send you a renewal notice upon fulfillment of the ongoing subscription. If we dont hear back or you decline of the offer, we will not renew the subscription.
A. Yes you may by contacting customer support at email@example.com. Most subscriptions can be cancelled except Japanese magazines. Refund will be issued for all the unshipped issues.
A. Your credit card is charged only when we are ready to process and ship your (Single Issue) order. Subscriptions will be charged before the first issue is physically mailed out.
A. Pre order is an order for a future issue. As soon as the issue arrives in stock from the Publisher, we process the orders on first come first basis.
A. We use opaque bubble mailers to protect our products from damage.
A. Yes, we do ship domestic within the continent USA via USPS, UPS or similar services. For Alaska, Hawaii and overseas (international), please contact us before ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with quotes.
Standard shipping: Most economical, usually takes about 5-8 business days in transit*, does include tracking facility.
Ground Shipping: UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days in transit*, includes tracking facility
Express Shipping: 2nd Day Express delivery service in transit*, includes tracking facility
*Once we ship the package it is the expected number of days to receive the package. These time frame are good for mainland shipping only.
A. Yes, we ship to prisons, but there are some restrictions and rules. We advise you check with prison authorities or recipient before ordering. Once the order is shipped to the address provided to us, no refunds will be issued for returned / undelivered / wrongly delivered parcels due to incorrect address under any circumstances.

We take pride in providing our customers the best magazine selection possible. By default we ship the most current issue available if nothing is mentioned in comments box.
If an Order is wrongfully fulfilled / mis delivered / defective. Please contact customer service at email@example.com or call us at 212-391-2004. We give our customer option to either get a replacement product or give a full refund.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 5 business days from the day of receipt of package to return us the magazine. The return shipping cost will be taken care of by the customer. Upon receipt of the package we will issue a refund for the value of the product only.
All returns are to be sent back using the packaging in which order was sent. The package can be returned to the local USPS facility as a refusal to accept delivery. The package will be sent back to the return address on the shipping label. Once the package is received in warehouse, we will begin the refund process. All Credit Card / Debit Card / Gift Card payments will be refunded back on the same account. We process the refund within 24 - 48 hrs after receiving the package, it can take 3-6 business days for the refund to show on the statement based on your bank / financial institution policy.
Paypal payments will be refunded back on the Paypal account used within 24 -48 hrs. This refund usually is instant but sometimes Paypal might hold a transaction for further investigation based on their policies.
If you are unsatisfied with a product or ordered a wrong product, we will be happy to assist you get the right one. For questions on exchanging a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days from the day of receipt of the original order / product. One of our customer service rep will assist you in the exchange process.
Return shipping and additional shipping costs for replacement product will be taken care of by the customer.
We shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any direct, indirect, consequential loss of business /sales /profit /goodwill etc., on account of any delay / non receipt / discontinuation of ordered or subscribed magazine(s) from its publisher / whole seller / distributor or for losing / wrong delivery in transit /shipping by carrier company or due to any act of omission or commission by us / our employees /carrier company.
For any fault of ours, our liability will only be limited to refunding actual cost of issue(s) missed /lost by the customer.
We ship all over the world. We offer 3 levels of service.
Standard Shipping: No Tracking. Most economical. Takes anywhere from 15-18 Business Days** (Don’t count Weekends)
Priority Shipping: No Tracking. Takes anywhere from 8-12 Business Days** (Don’t count Weekends)
Express Shipping: Tracking available. Takes anywhere from 3-5 Business Days** (Don’t count Weekends)
** These delivery time frame are provided by the shipping service provider. Due to customs clearance and processing time, these delivery time can change. Please note these are valid once we process and submit the package to customs. Not from the day when the order was placed.

Subscription cost shown on the product detail page is the actual subscription cost inclusive of delivery to your country.
This is the final price. No taxes, fees or shipping will be added this price.
Magazine Café takes responsibility of putting postage and customs clearance in USA only. If your home country requires any duties, fees or processing fees on International packages, it is your responsibility. Magazine Café will not be held liable for non delivery of package due to non payment of this. We recommend you check with your postal office before placing your order.
