Regarding Returns and Refunds:
Being the content and time sensitive nature of magazines all sales are final, no returns will be accepted or refunds given under any circumstances once the order is shipped / delivered by hand / picked up in store.
If we put a wrong label or address on the parcel, our responsibility will only be limited to replacement of magazine(s) or refund to the extent of the total amount charged to you, at our discretion.
Regarding Claims and Liabilities:
We shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any direct, indirect, consequential loss of business /sales /profit /goodwill etc., on account of any delay / non receipt / discontinuation of ordered or subscribed magazine(s) from its publisher / whole seller / distributor or for losing / wrong delivery in transit /shipping by carrier company or due to any act of omission or commission by us / our employees /carrier company.
For any fault of ours, our liability will only be limited to refunding actual cost of issue(s) missed /lost by the customer.
By placing an order with us for shipment on line or in store, the customer confirms having read and agreed to (with) our Store Policies as mentioned above.
